Tickets cancelled with no explanation
I booked 2 ticket’s from them, so I booked a hotel then the next day they email to say they have cancelled my tickets with no explanation and no offer of a refund. When I tried to ring them the automated said the office was closed, it was 4pm. I await an email reply. Online it says you can ring between 9-5pm. The hotel I’ve booked, I can’t cancel without losing my money. Fuming, unnecessary stress
