I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Could not pay for product on PayPal or visa. Totally confusing and a waste of time
i ordered ozzi heater, and it would not respond to my credit card details, only that i would receive something to do with paypal by email and didn't, so thought it was the credit card, so did another credit card, and same thing happened. i did get email, but nothing to do with the subject. so hopefully not gone through twice, cause i see other people have had trouble with orders, and double ups.
I ordered one heater for $34.95 and have so far been charged $254.91 for another 3 heaters. There was an extra charge for remotes and warranty. I have contacted the company for a refund but no refund just an offer of 30 percent discount. I do not want these extra heaters.
I sent an email on Sunday, immediately after I purchased my items to cancel the orders as I realised that you upsold me on products that I did not want or request. I also noticed that you did not respond to my email and now have shipped the items. Your website was very confusing and you kept adding stuff into my basket. Which then finalised through paypal into separate transactions. $226.23, $164.99 $1.00 The only thing I wanted was the 2 Ozzi Mozzie Heat lamps and the remote control. Plus an extended warranty. Then I noticed that you have added a 3rd one at a significantly higher price. Now I have 4 separate emails this morning advising that you have disregarded my cancellation email and are shipping the items. I am totally frustrated that now I will need to wait until they have arrived, then I will have to repost back to you at my cost. Totally unacceptable and it will take separate weeks to get a refund. I am really disappointed in your company. From readying the reviews online, I see this is not the first time that your company has done the exact same thing to other people. I am surprised that nobody has made a complaint to consumer affairs I am requesting that you stopp or call back the items and a full refund to be provided. It is a good thing I ordered through PayPAL as I will be making a formal complaint to them as well. It is now the 31st July 2024, I am still waiting for my refund. The items are at the post office and I have advised your customer service officer that they need to be returned to the warehouse. This is totally unacceptable, I am at the point I will be contacting consumer affairs.
They took my payment, never sent the item. A few emails saying it was "late" but months went by and they went dark. Total scammers.
I tried to order 1 item...order site very confusing. I ended up with 4 items! I have been in contact with Joy and Chris... They stopped my order before it was shipped but the charges were already on my credit card. I have been asking for a full refund for a few weeks and all I get is more promotions. I dont want anything except my money back! I am counting on my refund as I am on a tight budget!
