Total dishonesty and Scam
I sent an email on Sunday, immediately after I purchased my items to cancel the orders as I realised that you upsold me on products that I did not want or request. I also noticed that you did not respond to my email and now have shipped the items. Your website was very confusing and you kept adding stuff into my basket. Which then finalised through paypal into separate transactions. $226.23, $164.99 $1.00 The only thing I wanted was the 2 Ozzi Mozzie Heat lamps and the remote control. Plus an extended warranty. Then I noticed that you have added a 3rd one at a significantly higher price. Now I have 4 separate emails this morning advising that you have disregarded my cancellation email and are shipping the items. I am totally frustrated that now I will need to wait until they have arrived, then I will have to repost back to you at my cost. Totally unacceptable and it will take separate weeks to get a refund. I am really disappointed in your company. From readying the reviews online, I see this is not the first time that your company has done the exact same thing to other people. I am surprised that nobody has made a complaint to consumer affairs I am requesting that you stopp or call back the items and a full refund to be provided. It is a good thing I ordered through PayPAL as I will be making a formal complaint to them as well. It is now the 31st July 2024, I am still waiting for my refund. The items are at the post office and I have advised your customer service officer that they need to be returned to the warehouse. This is totally unacceptable, I am at the point I will be contacting consumer affairs.
