I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

UPDATE: I am happy to report that Ozzi home has refunded me my money back and also was willing to give me a $50 credit. They are rebuilding the company with new ownership so had some miss communication. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is a scam and would NEVER order anything from them again. I tried to order 1 bug zapper from them ended up ordering 5 with the pop ups that I declined and my total was $195 when it should have been $45. I called immediately and no one answered and just a sketchy voicemail with nothing indicating a business. I emailed and was told they couldn't get my shipment stopped, called them out and said that was bull because it wasn't even an hour after I ordered. Then they emailed saying the held it. Yet money still came out of my account and it's been almost 4 weeks with no refund and now it's been crickets since. EXETREMELY UNHAPPY and outraged on how people can get away with scamming people. I'm still out of $195 and didn't receive any product.
I stupidly purchased Ozzi Heat heaters without reading all these damning reviews. The heaters are rubbish. I contacted the company as they are meant to have hassle free returns and they gave me an address in France to send back to. I purchased in Australia - i should be returning to Australia. I'd be happy to pay shipping to Australia NOT France. WTAF?! Stay the hell away from this company. They are nothing but trouble. All i want is a FULL refund which is meant to be easy... pfft.. Edit: I did get a full refund after submitting this review & was asked to change the rating but I think people need to know how frustrating it is when you need to resort to leaving bad reviews to get a company to listen. The customer service team should have made it an easier process to begin with. Sorry.. not sorry.
I have written an earlier review warning people not to buy anything from this company. I tried to order the heater and ended up ordering the mosquito repellent! Ordering is a nightmare. You get bombarded with all these other deals. Anyway long story short. I sent the product back return to sender and they said they wouldn’t refund my money because I hadn’t followed the correct return procedure. After a copious amount of emails between us, and me posting negative reviews on their websites about my experience, all they would offer me was half the cost of my product! Which I duly declined! Then I posted a review on Trustpilot and was contacted by them again advising that management had changed hands and they would refund my money in full. Actually it was $13 short but I am just pleased that the ordeal is over. And that I got my money back. Most of it anyway.
I bought 3 mosquito zappers in May. They work fine. I also unfortunately agreed to the VIP program which I thought was $1. I got charged and then later was charged another $14.95. I don't know why and I tried to challenge it with my american express, but they denied me. Ozzi Mozzie does not respond to numerous emails, customer service requests at all. I'm at a loss on what to do. Do not do business with these people! order Order #209465. please refund me $16.95 for charges I didn't intend and never charge me again
The Ozzie Mozzie customer service: 1: That Ozzie Mozzie does read and react to customer reviews. They emailed me within 48 hours of me posting my comment. 2: They did so promptly, and with a solution to the surprise and satisfaction of the customer [me] 3: Whilst the product did let Ozzie Mozzie down , the customer service did not. 4: That attention to detail and concern about the customer experience is deserving of 5 stars. I am just a bit slow in posting this update.
I made a purchase back in May. I had a few issues, that I was very unhappy with. However, the company made right by themselves. I appreciate their transparency and the action taken once I got ahold of someone. Product works good. However, pay very close attention when checking out. You may completely in-intentionally sign up for the VIP subscription.
I have been corresponding with this company since early May, first to find a solution and more recently requesting a refund for 3 heaters. The heaters do not comply with Australia standards and should not be sold. I will continue to correspond and post reviews until a refund is received. BUYERS BEWARE!
I ordered a car fuel saving device from Facebook. I selected 2 units and declined all warranties and other products. After checkout I'm being billed for 5 units, warranties, express delivery at $185. I can't find any way to get customer service and cancel the order, assuming there is no legitimate company and it's a scam
My reply from Ozzie Heat following submitting my order number was Sorry we don't refund and instead they sent me an address in China to return the Faulty Ozzie Heat unit to.What a Shameful reply as they advertised a full refund.Iwould never buy from this firm again luckily for me I only brought one unit.Also there's a video review on line warning others about their service which I should have watched before being sucked in.
