Somehow mistakenly an order got
Somehow mistakenly an order got processed for a car Gas Saving plug in type thing. It’s called an ECO / OBD2. I was unaware of the order and later saw an email thanking me for my order. I immediately emailed back asking what was it I supposedly ordered and that to my knowledge I hadn’t ordered anything. I got an email back stating that they would not have charged me if I hadn’t actually ordered something But they did not tell me what it was I was supposed to have ordered. Fast-forward about a week and something arrives in the mail in a black envelope with no return address and no identifying company name on it. Absolutely no return address. I have no idea what this package is nor where it is from. No return address no company name shows anywhere on this enveloped package. I discover it’s one of these plug-in into your car gas savings, so-called items. My vehicle gets 40 miles a gallon why do I need anything? Gas saver? I have the best gas saver there is. I reach out to the company by doing investigative work to find out their information and realize it’s the same company that sent me that letter thanking me for my order. I proceed further and tell them I do not want this item. I would like to return it. Please start the return process and tell me whatever it is. I need to do to get my full incomplete refund. I then received an email telling me how they understand and I’m sorry for the problem however to return anything it has to be unopened which I think is ridiculous. (You have to open the package to see what it is when there’s no return address on it no company name on it. No way to identify it other than your own address.) They also said they do not Provide return labels and then when a step further to offer me a 30% discount to keep the item. I do not want this item. I want you to take this item back and I want my money back 100% of it back and I shouldn’t have to go through battle to do so… Then read further about this item and discover all the bad reviews this company has. How damaging this item is to a car if you do use it and how many people out there are filing grievances against this company and possible lawsuits. Just please give me back my money… Order date shows Aug 30, 2024 Emailed September 2024, 3 times Order # is 373780 Totaling $44.98, $0 shipping Edited Review….. Since this was first written, The company has since reached out to me to apologize and Asked if they could make it right. They did send me a full refund and didn’t require me to send back the item received in the mail. I felt they responded in a very swift and respectful manner. I am very pleased with the end results and I feel that I would be willing to shop their line of goods at a later date as needed.. I want to say Thank You for your courteous response to my issue. Greatly appreciated
