Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

Jo is a great property manager, she is helpful and works hard to ensure that things get improved around the property
Diane is very cooperative and always respond on time. One time she was at home sick and she responded via text & also called me as well despite her being sick which I could hear her voice was not so good but she attempted to return my call. She always recommended some alternative of a colleague at work to contact instead. Communication is always on point with Dian and am very grateful for her as my property manager. Last year in September I lost my son to cancer so a devastating time. At the same time my Rental property became suddenly vacant. I was in not in a situation to manage getting new tenants. I phoned Oxygen Rental services and from that moment on Lindsey and the team took care of everything and within a few weeks the property all up to code and new tenants living there. Communication was excellent and prompt, nothing was too hard. At a very vulnerable time I really appreciated all Lindsey did.
Whether it be your first time renting or fifth, oxygen are great, easy application process and very helpful. My property manager Kristine at the Lower Hutt branch has made my renting experience a breeze. Thank you oxygen.

Great customer service dealing with maintenance issues straight away property manager friendly and helpful
Michelle is a great property manager. She is attentive and very compassionate towards her tenants. She is also very straightforward and direct to deal with. All my interactions with Michelle both in person and via email/text have always been pleasant. Every issue we have raised with Michelle, she has sorted it for us as soon as possible. For example getting the shower replaced and getting the front door/gate fixed on the same day I advised her of the issue (lock not working). Michelle is just a really awesome property manager and the best I have dealt with during my time renting. Thanks Michelle!
Kelly Steigen, Our Property Manager, is an absolute delight to deal with since May 2019. She keeps us posted on any concerns raised by the tenants and very prompt to action on any requests. Inspections and monthly statements are very easy to understand and all payments are processed on time. I highly recommend Kelly and her team to any landlords.
Anna Crawford from Oxygen Hawkes Bay is Thee Best property manager! She is reliable fast and efficient we can relax and have confidence our home is being well looked after. She addresses tasks straight away and gets back to us quickly, we are very greatful to Anna and the team at Oxygen for making our landlord lives that much easier as we live overseas! Cushla is the sole reason for this score. She communicates with me, makes me laugh and supports me to make real decisions when I dont feel very brave about raising rents etc. Her huge support enabled the upgrade of my rental to happen in the face of numerous problems. My rental is now in much better condition due to her huge effort and hard work keeping all the tradies on track. She also understands that I do not like the Tappi program you have and helps me avoid it as much as possible without making me feel stupid.
Great communication from Anna with sometimes lengthy debates on issues with tennats and the odd fault with our flats at 14 cornwall road Taradale. We find Anna seems to have a good grasp and understanding of all rental issues.
Lindsey Hambleton was the winning factor for us taking, what we consider to be home, our flat. Lindsey has been clear and approachable right from our first viewing. We have had to contact Lindsey on a couple of occasions (always a weekend) with an issue. She has communicated immediately with both temporary solutions and solutions.
