I enjoy working with Cushla, as we often catch up to discuss the best way of finding a solution. She is extremely customer focused and always remains professional. Great communication and follow up

Working with oxygen as a tenant was a breeze the whole 5 years I was in my property. Brenda was quick to send someone over if something went wrong. I've been with lots of company's before but Brenda makes makes you feel like your not dealing with a "company" and cares about the tenants to. Thanks oxygen !

I have great service from Property Manager Cushla Heaven - Lee. She finds good tenants for the property, responds to issue in a timely and professionally and helps me take care of maintenance of the property.

Cushla always replies promptly, communicates very clearly and gives constructive suggestions whilst respecting the owners’ ideas. I wholly trust Cushla to manage my property as I live overseas.

Denise has been my property manager from Oxygen when I lived in Wellington. She is really great in what she does. She has the best interest at heart for the tenants and will help you out with any issues. She has been personally involved in some problems I have had and she supported me throughout the process.
