We had a problem with our supply of hot water at our property. I informed our Property Manager who requested maintenance on the same day. When the issue was not resolving she requested further assistance from the plumbing services and kept us informed of the plan moving forward. We felt reassured and knew that the issue would get resolved. My further issues regarding an issue stemming from the initial problem was dealt with almost immediately without any issues. It was extremely appreciated.

We recently had a washing machine break down, there was good communication throughout the process, a new machine was installed accordingly

We have found Maria to be a very loyal understanding person to deal with. Many a time we have discussed matters relating to different tenancies.
