Cushla is the Best.
Cushla is the sole reason for this score. She communicates with me, makes me laugh and supports me to make real decisions when I dont feel very brave about raising rents etc. Her huge support enabled the upgrade of my rental to happen in the face of numerous problems. My rental is now in much better condition due to her huge effort and hard work keeping all the tradies on track. She also understands that I do not like the Tappi program you have and helps me avoid it as much as possible without making me feel stupid.
