Diane always send pre inspection communication and always come visit the property on time. She is professional and well presented and friendly. She always asks about any faults and issues regarding the property for maintenance work to the owner and do note down what small issues for me the tenant to be adhere to. Prompt in the services. Had a couple of issues like shower leaking and noisy heat pump. Issues addressed immediately, done and dusted the same or the very next day. Big shout out to Sandy wallace for being amazingly helpfull.

Susie is my Property Manager at Oxygen Lower Hutt, A STAR and one of a kind Susie is an amazing person in all respects of property management. Consistently dealing and maintaining high level of rapport with tenants, landlords, prompt and diligent. Just a small hiccup where we did set a review date for a rent rise, and this was missed. In the end we all make mistakes. Overall excellent response and service usually and I put it down to being very busy like us all.

Our dishwasher was broken and also the fire alarm but it was fixed in under a week or so.
