My wife and I (Andy & Vanessa Jina) own "Windermere flats" in Upper Hutt. Totaling 8 separate flats. Maria Aiulu is our representative from Oxygen Property management. We have found Maria to be a very loyal understanding person to deal with. Many a time we have discussed matters relating to different tenancies. With large or small matters, we are always happy with her suggestions and the outcome. Her people skills are amongst the best without upsetting anyone.
