The property is well managed, due to open, easy and quick communication between myself and the property manager. The lease and other documents were clear, concise and helpful. Welcoming packets and all other necessary information was easy to access, and helpful. All around, just a well done job :)

They contract us to do all there maintenance work. They look after us, get us what we need and when you ask for something. They jump onto it asap and also they look after the tenants needs.

Lindsey is a Godsend. I havent always liked real estate agents. But Lindsey is one of a kind. She is kind, empathetic and actually cares about her tenants and their wellbeing. She is firm and fair and I love when she comes around for an inspection. She goes above and beyond to assist and is an asset to Oxygen!

I deal with a lot of pms and what I like about the Oxygen pms is that they respond pretty quickly. In addition, they're not demanding and they'll help out with difficult tenants promptly. It takes thick skin to be a pm and Hemant is one of the best. Hope he sticks around.

My Personal Experience with Oxygen Property Management, They get to you what you are looking for. They will help you with it very quick. Maria Aiulu had submitted me quick to get myself sorted in a flat. I get to keep up my report back to Maria about the flat in within good order.

Maria aiulu has been a very helpful kind and professional property manager and easy to deal with. I find if anything needs to be done or spoken about she is onto this right away and does everything as fast as possible.
