Very bad experience. I booked flight for $220 and they charged $320 later to my card. I tried to contact the support but they are hanging out my call. Don’t book from this website. Fake one!

I had a small change to make to my booking and contacted Ovago’s support team—honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a travel agency. They were quick, friendly, and solved everything without any hassle. It’s reassuring to know you can reach someone 24/7 when you’re travelling from Australia to the other side of the world. Great service and great value!

I booked my flight, entered all travler info, payment, etc. It was in process, just waiting for final approval. That is when the "agent" called me and texted there was an issue and price increased. They did not stand by the price, and were unhelpful in offering any solutions except to book with the airline directly.

Mr. Olivia is a very good and excellent customer service personnel. He's very patient and nice. He walked me through art. My process. I enjoyed his service.

I've been having trouble correcting my son's name to the correct sequence of first and last names for almost a month and they can't do anything about it. Next time, buy the ticket directly from the airline; OVAGO is a middleman that doesn't respect its customers and doesn't solve even the most basic problems! OVAGO gets a 0 rating.

I wish I read deeper into these reviews before I engaged with this company. I had found Ovago through Kayak who showed them as a few hundred dollars cheaper than other options and at first was happy to be able to talk to a very responsive agent. I approved the ticket they proposed and entered my credit card information about about 1,200$ for my roundtrip tickets. I was then a bit unhappy to get an email that the price rose a few hundred dollars as they said a different passenger beat them to the deal. I agreed and gave them approval to charge my card the higher price. However I was astounded to get a roughly 120,000 dollar credit card charge that was immediately blocked by my card. I contacted customer support at Ovago about this and they claimed at first that I must be mistaken, I then provided proof of the charge and they said they would investigate. All the while, the same agent who charged me that huge amount kept emailing me trying to get me to pay. This comes across as a huge scam and I had to void my card so that this company could not attempt to try to drain my account at a later time. Edit: I see their reply. I have a record from my credit card company that a charge of over 100,000 dollars was made. Why dont you just admit it was an issue and say sorry? Because when you deny this, it makes it look like something much much worse.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I highly recommend you do not use them! After seeing positive reviews, we used them to book tickets to Spain and it has been an absolute disaster. Their customer service is terrible - they failed to confirm the price of the tickets listed when I made the booking, and in order to remedy this, I've been on the phone for hours and hours and hours with still no solution. I've been transferred to multiple different departments, told I was going to receive a call back and never did, been bounced around from agent to agent. Literally one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had booking airlines flights. Again, I repeat, no matter what kind of a deal you think you're getting, do not use this company! It's so not worth it :(

Booking through this company was a massive mistake, and I regret it every day. I chose Ovago to save a couple hundred dollars on an international flight, and that “deal” has turned into months of frustration and stress. The airline canceled my flight. Under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, when an airline cancels a flight, passengers are legally entitled to a full refund if they choose not to rebook. I chose not to rebook. End of story, or at least it should have been. Instead, Ovago has made getting my legally owed refund an absolute nightmare. Endless delays, excuses, and stonewalling, as if consumer protection laws are optional suggestions. I’m now going into my second month still waiting for my money, despite the cancellation being entirely out of my control and clearly covered by DOT refund requirements. Let me be crystal clear: when things go wrong, Ovago does not have your back. They will gladly take your money, then fight you every step of the way to give it back, even when the law is on your side. Save yourself the time, stress, and rage. Do not book through Ovago. Book directly with the airline and avoid this mess entirely. The small upfront savings are absolutely not worth the headache, delays, and disrespect.

Pricing for tickets advertised not honored. The possibility of price increases after booking a reservation was not clearly disclosed. This seems like a bait and switch practice.

Inez was very expedient in her response to questions, polite in conversation, and provided excellent service.

While OVAGO did provide the tickets promised I had a terrible experience with the eSim I purchased through them... it didn't work despite following all instructions and going through customer service. They then failed to respond for days while I'm in another country and would later not provide a refund for a service not provided. Very poor business practice and a complete lack of care for your customers. Will never use again.

I just booked the flight. They called me and said due to technical error, it didn't go through. Also told the price increased, they want to get more money from me. They are cheater. Never buy ticket from them. WORST experiance.
