We base in Canada. Month of June upon booking it’s all in CAD currency then suddenly upon paying it becomes USD we call the costume service after 1 weeks when I notice my bank the price we pay is not match, we feel scammed.Upon talking to costumer service they guarantee us to have free seats arrangement and $200 vouchers to use in our next flight, with me and my husband that time I’m not yet pregnant we have a peace of mind that everything is settled. Two week ago we call the OVAGO if we can change our seats arrangement for our long flight because I’m pregnant I need to be seat on the Aisle, costumer service the voice is Indian accent ok seat arrangement is change and you must pay $200 questions her why we need to pay if we just want to move our seats in aisle seat because I’m pregnant in first place we when we book our flight in the Philippines seats is already arranged who ever we spoke that time they guarantee us that everything is settled.Why they asking us to pay $200 Costumer service is a liar they don’t have a consideration. Be careful when you booking your flight with them pay attention to the currency they will tricks you. WE WILL NOT USE OVAGO again.

Duru was too patient and kind focusing on seeing me get my booking and i got the ticket in about 5 minutes. Compared to other Airline agents especially from other companies who often got mad and impatient for no reason, Duru is the epitome of an angent that cares only for the customer. I will always and lovely recommend him to everyone with his extension on Ovago. I wish to meet him someday to say thank you even for the stress
