Ovago changed my flight to a different day than I booked and I paid extra for more comfortable seats-which they will not honor. This flight is still four months away! Ovago is the worst! After this review they called me a couple of times in the middle of the work day…no one on the other end. They left me messages concerning this review…so update: I booked directly through Delta for a couple hundred bucks more and have had no issue. I suggest you do the same.

An agent called Dele was EXTREMELY nice, kind, generous, and patient. He continuously called me for new updates regarding I and my parents flight. He was so amazing in explaining everything just to be sure you understand what he is saying. I definitely recommend him. One of the best.

This provider is a scam. We got bait and switched within 2 hours of booking, for a 40% price increase. Customer service is even passive aggressive when justifying the "unexpected" price increase.

I had an excellent experience with Wisteria the customer assistant at Ovago. It has been immensely helpful as took the time to explain and respond to all my concerns. I want to commend her for the great job.

I booked with this service for my first time leaving North America to travel overseas. I was traveling with my boyfriend, who booked separately and directly through the airlines. We ended up changing our travel dates and for him to change flights it was less than $200 through United. I had to email Ovago and was told it would cost $3,000 for the itinerary change! The original cost of the round trip was $1,686. I don’t even see how this is possible. I ended up booking a new flight through United for roughly $1,200. After completing the outgoing flight and arriving at my destination, I contacted them again to cancel my return trip, as I booked a new return because of their quoted price. They gave me a refund quote of $92.99 with $1593.66 as “non-refundable taxes and fees.” This literally makes no sense because where are the airline tickets priced into that? This is an awful service. DO NOT USE. Book directly with the airlines.
