Frustrating Experience with OTR Services

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with OTR's services. This is not the first time we've encountered issues with Bill of Lading (BOL) processing. Recently, we received only one page of a two-page broker-supplied BOL, causing significant delays.
Heavy Hauling Heavy Haulers provides its own complete BOL, which has always worked seamlessly for us. We provide broker BOLs as a courtesy, but OTR's inability to handle this basic requirement is unacceptable.
Furthermore, the lack of proper training within the OTR team is evident. Simple issues are repeatedly overlooked despite clear explanations, leading to ongoing frustration.
Communication barriers are also a major concern. We receive emails entirely in Spanish, and even English communications often suffer from incorrect or missing translations. Delays in communication, or a complete lack thereof, are frequent. Some team members also struggle with basic email etiquette, failing to respond to inquiries or check email threads for updates.
These persistent issues are causing severe disruptions to our operations. I urge OTR to address these critical concerns immediately, including:
Resolving the recurring BOL errors through enhanced training and improved quality control.
Implementing and enforcing proper communication protocols with timely responses, accurate translations, and appropriate email usage.
Reviewing and improving internal processes to prevent these issues from happening again.
I expect a prompt and comprehensive response outlining the steps OTR will take to rectify these serious service deficiencies."
