If I could give OTR a zero I would. I am a small company and they promised that if I could find a factoring company to purchase my invoices they would release me. It has been a couple of weeks now and I am still waiting for a release. They have every excuse not to release me. The factoring company that has a agreed to buy the invoices has to keep reaching out to OTR. If you are a small company, please do not go with OTR. They do not care. They are still hold money from my last three loads with them and it has been at least a couple of weeks now with no explanation. Please do your homework before you chose any factoring company especially this one. I am very dissatisfied.

Their system is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. It's simplicity makes it quick to upload invoices and check for any issues and resolve them with the team and get paid in a timely manner. The team that we work with is AWESOME! They're attentive, accommodating, professional and prompt.

I’m very satisfied with OTR and the team we are assigned. I do have one suggestion I hope that sometime soon OTR will offer access to all posted invoices on the customer portal. I believe that would should have access to everything concerning our company invoices that we file through OTR
