OTR does their best to get the information confirmed and get you paid. No recourse is the best way to go.

Overall quick payout. There are a few loads/invoices that they do not read fine print and need extra verification. So long as there is not a problem, the payout is quick. If there's been an addition to rate, it takes awhile for payout.

OTR is the best I know of. I have friends that have tried other companies but get bad results or get the run around. All I know is my team with Tyler Cromwell and Nick Olson is the best by far... The fuel card is good they fund same day and if any issues they try to resolve it ASAP. Emmy Delgado is my fuel manager and he does a superb job. The new app features are good compared to how the old features worked . That is definitely a plus i like that you can do a Broker check to make sure that they actually pay.... I recommend OTR to alot of people that are looking to do Factoring.

We have been with OTR Solutions for 2 years now and even tho we've grown enough to not use factoring, we have decided that small percentage we pay them for processing our invoices is worth staying. All bills are in one place, their account managers are super knowledgeable, payment is in our bank the same day with Bolt option, they are connected to DAT load board, so little check mark below broker name says if they are approved for factoring, so you dont have to search anything....We never had any issues...what more to ask for?! They truly are amazing. And no, we are not paid to say any of this. If you are looking for factoring company, this is the one!

I’ve been with OTR now for 6 months it’s one of the easiest factoring companies to deal with, they really make me feel like we’re a family. If anyone is seeking a good factoring company this is it, you’ll never look back. This is coming from D2 Express Solutions. And my buddy Zach phenomenal guy he really goes above and beyond to help out in any way he can. My vote and the team from D2 Express that he should get a raise for all the hard work he helps us with. Hi Guys do not stuck with OTR Solutions They rip off the logistics companies I signed the agreement with non recourse And I delivered load they conform with shipper and receiver after that they paid me after 35 days they says we are going to cut from your invoice because broker put hold on your account I said ok than they says we cut every week 1250 from your account than they cut twice a week 1250 If you talk to them they says we will charge you 10 percent extra on the amount we own Please read the contract before you sign with OTR

It has become a nightmare with OTR won’t release my small family own company. I had never factored not a single invoice because they do not factor with the broker I’m working with,In order to get a release want me to pay a ridiculous fee from my hard earn money I made in the middle of the night and there is OTR stretching their hand you owe me.Jake was very difficult with me it came to the point he hanged up the phone. I then proceeded to contact the manger Anthony he was rude and tone of voice was aggressive towards me. Please stay away from this factoring company they trick you into signing up sell you a Cinderella story and then surprise surprise. My buddy recently asked me about OTR I for sure didn’t recommended OTR and will continue to not recommend.

The company calls you trying to get you to sign up but doesn’t tell you they are treating factoring like a loan and ask for all this personal information to come back saying the underwriter refuse to accept.. DO NOT Waste your time with this company it’s so many other companies that doesn’t treat factoring like a loan, unprofessional and a waste of time and personal information Wyatt nor Patrick did not explain the full details of there qualifications which I never heard of far as factoring.. Don’t waste your time dealing with this overrated company…

Heavy handed control. One year contract cannot get out of even though I felt lack of clear disclosure to show true cost of services such as charging 5.00 per transaction ACH when many other factoring companies are free ! These junk fee”s change the effective interest rate that user pays to use there factoring!
