Very efficient service at the Playa Del Ingles office, both at pick-up on 8/7/2025 and return on 11/7/2025.No attempt to sell unwanted excess insurance, just an explanation of the choice I had to take it or not. I'm not entirely sure the car I was given was truly an equivalent of the VW Polo I booked although that didn't detract from excellent service otherwise.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful, we got a c class car: toyota with 6gears. Well kept and clean. Air con and eveything was on point. No waiting when picking up, and legt the car outside theor office and delivered the keys;) I can recommend Orlando car rental via Bahia Feliz;)
Ik huurde een auto via DoYouSpain (DYS) in Playa del Ingles aan een promotioneel tarief bij Orlando. Bij afhaling waren de dames aan de balie zeer vriendelijk. De auto op zich was een wrak. Zeer oude Citroen C3 met heel veel kilometer op de teller. Motor gaf steeds een technische storing aan die moest hersteld worden. Volgens Orlando kon dat geen kwaad. Versnellingsbak was murw gereden. De bergen door in eerste en tweede versnelling is geen pretje. Op de autostrade kon geen snelheid gehaald worden. Auto was rondom beschadigd en het interieur was vies. Geen publiciteit noch voor Orlando, noch voor DYS. Neem geen verzekering bij DYS, Orlando biedt een gelijkaardige verzekering aan voor +/- dezelfde prijs en als je die neemt hoef je geen borg te stellen.
UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA! Varios motivos por los que no alquilaría de nuevo aquí. Pedimos una silla de viaje para bebé, que por lo pronto nos cobraron prácticamente la mitad de lo que costó alquilar el coche durante 3 días. La silla está rota y no realiza su función de seguridad debidamente, lo notifiqué y me dijeron que no tenían más, pero lo peor de todo en este aspecto es que la silla me la dejaron en la carretera para que la montase yo, viendo que iba con un bebé, mi mujer muy embarazada y cargado de maletas. Un falta de hospitalidad y profesionalidad tremenda. Al montarme en el coche veo que el depósito no está lleno y le falta 1/4, y me hicieron firmar un depósito lleno para devolverlo lleno, lo notifiqué también por supuesto, y me ignoraron. El trato fue horroroso a la hora de gestionar estas discrepancias; no se preocuparon ni tampoco se hicieron cargo. Al montarnos al coche notamos que hay varias cosas rotas dentro del coche y me di media vuelta para notificarlas también, ya que no cogí el seguro a todo riesgo, y al no estar anotadas en el mapa de daños me dijeron textualmente: si quieres quedarte tranquilo contrata el seguro a todo riesgo, que supuso prácticamente la totalidad del alquiler del coche. En definitiva, el precio de esta empresa, que es lo más atractivo, se convierte en un engaño al tener que contratar el seguro, porque los coches están hechos una porquería y los extras, como por ejemplo silla de coche. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. Ha sido un error por querer ahorrarme algún dinero, que me ha salido más caro y encima me llevo un sabor de boca muy muy agrio.

Una muy buena experiencia, rápida y de calidad. Ningún problema durante el tiempo de alquiler del vehículo, Orlando Rent a Car es una excelente decisión para el alquiler de automóviles.
Vorsicht!!! Ojo!!!! Vorsicht!!!! Ojo!!! Vorsicht!! Abzocke!!! Obwohl vorher dokumentiert(Fotos) wird angeblicher Schaden in Rekordzeit nach dem zurückgeben des Fahrzeugs abgebucht. Keine Stellungnahme des Autovermieters! Keine Hilfe von Anwälten oder Versicherung noch Mietportals!! Bagatellfall wird das genannt und diese Verb...…, machen damit richtig Geld!! Und ich kann das Beweisen. Nur ist Orlando zu feige sich damit auseinander zusetzen!
Wir waren bis auf die Tankregelung (1/2-1/2) sehr zufrieden! Freundliche, schnelle Abwicklung. Rückgabe ohne Probleme, Parkhaus kam uns allerdings sehr eng vor, glücklicherweise war der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter direkt zur Stelle. Vollkasko. Wir würden Orlando in Corralejo definitiv weiterempfehlen & waren im Nachhinein schockiert von den überwiegend negativen Bewertungen zu diesem Anbieter.
Excellent service from Maria and all her team at the San Miguel office in Tenerife! Pick up from the airport was quick and easy, renting process completed without fuss and the car was available right next to the desk. I dropped off the car and again, an easy and quick transfer to the airport. Then the fun started......... I was ordering coffee in the airport and couldn't find my wallet. I checked everywhere and then the very helpful security staff offered to check with Orlando in case I'd left it in the hire car. Maria called back within minutes to say I had! As my sister and husband were still in the area they were able to collect it the next day. Maria had sealed the wallet and put it in the safe, and kept in touch with me about the collection time. Very professional. A helpful and also very friendly team, thank you to you all.
Finger weg von Orlando. Wenn man keine Zusatzversicherung Vor Ort abschliesst, werden die Mitarbeter Richtig sauer. Dann versuchen sie es nach Sclüsselabgabe mit nachträglichen Schäden, die gar nicht vorhanden sind. Die Kaution wird einfach nicht zurückgezahlt. Ich wurde in Costa Calma von der Mitarbeiterin mit diese Masche abgezockt. Versuche mein Geld von meiner Bank Zurück zu holen
Efficient collection/drop off ,waiting time for bus back to airport vague, told five minutes actually forty minutes but we had enough time, fully comprehensive insurance a little costly .
I agree entirely with the feedback as a scam. The company simply doesn’t refund the full deposit. No feedback, no reason, no invoice. I have my own car hire policy but I can’t even claim on that as I have no details of damage or repair. It’s a completely dishonest company.
Haben auf Fuerteventura für 3 Tage direkt im Hotel bei Orlando Rent a Car einen Citroën C3 gemietet. Bedingungen waren Vollkasko mit 300€ SB, nur auf asphaltieren Straßen und, so erklärte es uns der Mitarbeiter in sehr holprigem Englisch, „eine Tankfüllung sei inklusive“. Da uns dies recht ungewöhnlich vorkam, fragten wir erneut nach, und wollten uns das ganze schriftlich geben lassen. Der Mitarbeiter erklärte (wiederum in sehr schlechtem Englisch) das dies im Vertrag so aufgeführt sei (der war aber leider, bis auf die wesentlichen Punkte, auf Spanisch), es handele sich aktuell um einen „special offer“ Kaution von 300€ wurde in bar bezahlt und auf dem Vertrag quittiert. Fahrzeug an sich war in gutem Zustand, vollgetankt und sauber. Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs 3 Tage später ohne größere Probleme, allerdings wurden 30€ abgezogen, da nicht wieder vollgetankt worden sei. Der Hinweis, das laut ihrem Kollegen die Tankfüllung inklusive gewesen sei, akzeptierte die Mitarbeiterin bei Rückgabe nicht, auch sei davon nichts im Vertrag zu finden. Auch diese Person sprach sehr schlechtes Englisch. Da der Mietvorgang an sich und das Fahrzeug ok waren, 3 Sterne. Für die mangelhafte Koordination und/oder fehlerhafte Englischkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter, aus denen Missverständnisse resultieren, 2 Sterne Abzug
