Very efficient service at the Playa Del Ingles office, both at pick-up on 8/7/2025 and return on 11/7/2025.No attempt to sell unwanted excess insurance, just an explanation of the choice I had to take it or not. I'm not entirely sure the car I was given was truly an equivalent of the VW Polo I booked although that didn't detract from excellent service otherwise.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful, we got a c class car: toyota with 6gears. Well kept and clean. Air con and eveything was on point. No waiting when picking up, and legt the car outside theor office and delivered the keys;) I can recommend Orlando car rental via Bahia Feliz;)
Ik huurde een auto via DoYouSpain (DYS) in Playa del Ingles aan een promotioneel tarief bij Orlando. Bij afhaling waren de dames aan de balie zeer vriendelijk. De auto op zich was een wrak. Zeer oude Citroen C3 met heel veel kilometer op de teller. Motor gaf steeds een technische storing aan die moest hersteld worden. Volgens Orlando kon dat geen kwaad. Versnellingsbak was murw gereden. De bergen door in eerste en tweede versnelling is geen pretje. Op de autostrade kon geen snelheid gehaald worden. Auto was rondom beschadigd en het interieur was vies. Geen publiciteit noch voor Orlando, noch voor DYS. Neem geen verzekering bij DYS, Orlando biedt een gelijkaardige verzekering aan voor +/- dezelfde prijs en als je die neemt hoef je geen borg te stellen.
UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA! Varios motivos por los que no alquilaría de nuevo aquí. Pedimos una silla de viaje para bebé, que por lo pronto nos cobraron prácticamente la mitad de lo que costó alquilar el coche durante 3 días. La silla está rota y no realiza su función de seguridad debidamente, lo notifiqué y me dijeron que no tenían más, pero lo peor de todo en este aspecto es que la silla me la dejaron en la carretera para que la montase yo, viendo que iba con un bebé, mi mujer muy embarazada y cargado de maletas. Un falta de hospitalidad y profesionalidad tremenda. Al montarme en el coche veo que el depósito no está lleno y le falta 1/4, y me hicieron firmar un depósito lleno para devolverlo lleno, lo notifiqué también por supuesto, y me ignoraron. El trato fue horroroso a la hora de gestionar estas discrepancias; no se preocuparon ni tampoco se hicieron cargo. Al montarnos al coche notamos que hay varias cosas rotas dentro del coche y me di media vuelta para notificarlas también, ya que no cogí el seguro a todo riesgo, y al no estar anotadas en el mapa de daños me dijeron textualmente: si quieres quedarte tranquilo contrata el seguro a todo riesgo, que supuso prácticamente la totalidad del alquiler del coche. En definitiva, el precio de esta empresa, que es lo más atractivo, se convierte en un engaño al tener que contratar el seguro, porque los coches están hechos una porquería y los extras, como por ejemplo silla de coche. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. Ha sido un error por querer ahorrarme algún dinero, que me ha salido más caro y encima me llevo un sabor de boca muy muy agrio.

Vorsicht Betrug!! Alter Mietwagen mit über 100.000km erhalten, total voll mit Kratzern und Dellen. Nur 2/3 betankt. Voll zurückgegeben. Man muss selber Fotos machen um zu beweisen, das die Dellen und Kratzer schon waren. Dann bekommt man das ok, Alles in Ordnung und eine Woche nach Urlaub wird einem 45€ ohne Begründung von der Kreditkarte abgebucht! Alle Daten der Kreditkarte auch Prüfziffer werden notiert!

Fox and Rave rental cars was the worst experience I have ever had. When Fox referred me to go across the street to Rave on 5425 Semoran Blvd. Suite 12A1, Orlando Florida I thought it was strange. They accused me of smoking in the car and my daughter, 3 children and myself were not smoking so they kept my deposit. Took them a week to even answer my call. What a scam- I will never use their trash again and will tell all my friends.

RROA ORLANDO this company is a joke , they rented a vehicle to me , after 10 minute's of driving , the whole car lite up with warning faults , phoned them the next day , after having a 10 hour flight with my family of 5 , replaced vehicle day after , didn't tell me where the car was in the car park till 2 days after , forgot to send me pictures of where they left it , > second vehicle had a light bag light on . they told me it was safe , after researching the fault, manual tells me not to drive it , as air bag wont work in a crash , wasn't taking any risks with my 14 month old baby and two young boys only after 10 days into my holiday the manager phoned me back with a bad attitude . and charged me full for this , this nearly ruined our hard earned holiday . stay away from this company

Wir hatten vom 04.03.2023 —06.03.2023 einen Leihwagen der Firma Orlando. Das Fahrzeug wurde von uns am Hotel Beverly park übernommen.Den Mietvertrag hatten wir bei einer Mitarbeiterin der Firma im Hotel gemacht. Diese Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und sehr Kundenorientiert.Die Mitarbeiterin war Frau Paula Toader.Wenn wir nochmals dorthin kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten für ca. 6 Wochen ein Auto auf Gran Canaria gemietet. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut; nach Ankunft am Flughafen wurden wir von einem freundlichen Fahrer zur Station des Vermieters gefahren, man hat uns kurzfristig und schnell das Auto ausgehändigt und den „Papierkram“ erledigt- hier war alles erwartungskonform und super professionell; als Zusatzleistung hatten wir einen Babysitz gebucht- das Serviceteam hat uns zwei unterschiedliche große Sitze angeboten aus denen wir wählen konnten. Wir hatten mit uns mit der gebuchten Wagenklasse und dem Gepäck verschätzt - man hat absolut unbürokratisch nach einer Lösung gesucht und uns über das Erwartbare geholfen. Rückgabe das Autos und finale Vertragsabwicklung war ebenfalls erstklassig und absolut serviceorientiert. Wir können Orlando Las Palmas aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nur empfehlen- sofort wieder gerne!

Bij het terugbrengen van de auto werd er een schade vastgesteld. Ik ga daar mee akkoord want uit de foto's bleek inderdaad dat er schade was aan de achterbumper. Maar intussen zijn we 1,5 maand verder en er werd dezelfde dag van inleveren auto 446 euro van mijn creditkaart gehaald...zonder mail..zonder uitleg. Ik heb een extra huurautoverzekering in België maar die komt enkel tussen bij het overhandigen van faktuur... en die krijg ik dus niet vast!! 2 mails gedaan en hen al getelefoneerd...

Extremely bad service. First of all the car rent is not even at the airport, but a 20 min drive from there. When we landed we didn't even know what to do, because they haven't sent any details. We ended up using 30 mins on calling them, which resulted in them sending a bus 40 mins after to pick us up. When we finally got there, we used another 30 mins on waiting for the car and signing papers, even though we signed them from home. We finally got to our car, and there was hope. NOT. We got the car and it was and reserve fuel ... We went inside to tell them, but they just told us we have to give it back on reserve fuel again. Like how are we suppose to do that. There is a reason u give a full fuel car so we dont lose money. We ended up giving the car bare at half fuel, so they earned money from us. I travel a lot and rent a lot of cars. This har to be the absolute worst car rent ever.

I give 2 stars because when I was in canarias was very late from london with 4 kids in aeroport I arrange everything online insurance and the payment when I was there 00.00 night the company sed the insurance what I have it's not available and I have to pay too 50€ extra because the fly was late it's not me fall but the company puts me in the middle de night with 4 kids to do what it's the best for the company not what it's the best for the customers so me option its cancel search another car but its was late so the company know i can't do nothing so I have to play how it sti order from the company but it's not a problem now i can leave review for the next customers for wach well.from where you will rent in canarias I have to pay 2 times the insurance and I'm not received non the first insurance money I pay 3 times more like another rent so I give 2 star..

Wir mieteten einen Wagen für 14 Tage, Kaution hinterlegt Wagen nach 14 Tagen ordnungsgemäß abgegeben ohne Schäden Tank alles okay. Die Kaution wurde wieder zurückgebracht. Soweit so gut. 2 Monate später werden 45,00 € ohne jeglichen Beleg abgebucht.,Orlando ist auch nicht im Stande das zu Belegen. Vielen Dank nie mehr wieder.
