The product, front door, was well fitted by two experienced fitters who knew what they were doing so did a very good job. Thank you.

I had quite a long wait for the engineer to get an appointment then a week before he was due to arrive Orion cancelled it and gave me a later appointment approx 3 weeks later. I was also told it was a two man job but in the end only one came. The engineer was Mark Brown who has actually done some work for me before ( through Orion) he’s extremely good at his job and always very professional. After finishing replacing the 2 panes of glass which he also cleaned and polished then cleared the rubbish and tidied up and left it how he found it. I hope I don’t need any further work doing but if I do I will be requesting Mark for the job. Thank you and well done Mark.

Have given 4* only due to fact it took 2 goes to change our front door due to sending wrong one and only 1 person first time. Although when it did get swapped it was done professionally and quickly by the lads

Windows and doors fitted 6 years ago after other family members had used Orion for an orangery, windows and doors and were very happy with the quality and service. Recently had an issue with the handle locking on one of the windows. Contacted Orion and their response was excellent. No quibbling just keen to sort out the problem which they did. The fitter Richard Stevenson was friendly and knowledgeable and went further sorting out another minor problem and giving us useful maintenance advice. Really pleased with the after sales service and having a guarantee that we know will be honoured

I had a conservatory built by this company. As part of the work they had to move an outdoor tap to make room for the conservatory. The plumber they used worked on the plumbing inside and outside my house. I had a kitchen fitted after the work on the conservatory was finished. About 11 months after it was all fitted I discovered a significant leak on the pipework that had been installed by Orion's plumber. It has damaged my new kitchen, ruining a base unit the draw under the cooker, laminate flooring and kick boards. There is black mould on the walls which has made the kitchen smell. I complained to Orion before they changed management, they wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage. The new management won't honour the 10 year guarantee and will not take responsibility for poor workmanship. The flags they laid outside all started to move and the concrete crumbled. They did repair this though again it showed poor initial workmanship. Now the pointing on the step they built is crumbing. I would not recommend this company and would urge anyone considering this company for building work to read all reviews not just on this site.

We were given useful advice and a full breakdown of costs together with the pros and cons when receiving our quote. There was no attempt to pressure sell. When we accepted the quote we were kept fully informed of the schedule and timeframe.The work was all done to schedule by very friendly staff who took care of our property and took pride in their work. We are delighted with the result and very pleased the job was done so professionally.

Ref my previous review about the front door, I contacted the company again now under new management and with a new owner. I’m happy to report that customer service has changed significantly. One of their fitters came round, spent some time looking at the problem and completed the remedial work that the door has required all along. It’s now opening and closing properly and I’m very happy with it. I believe the fitters who were responsible for the original work have now left the company.

Always quick to respond. Orion sent someone out to fix the problem quickly. Thank you.
