The response I've had from this company has been nothing short of shambolic. InItially the response was quick and we were booked in for two new windows. However, this is when the problems started. The first two workers turned up stinking of weed and proceeded to fit the windows in such a way where we couldn't open them and they did not clean up after themselves. After this, we had to chase the company repeatedly to get someone to refit them. They sent someone else out who admitted the work was unacceptable and refitted the windows. Fast forward two years and the window fittings are falling apart and due to being incorrectly fitted, they let in a large draft. I've called Orion to have someone come out to check them and once again, they admitted the work was shambolic and they would fix it. Moving onto appointment day and the bloke turned up saying he only had an hour, hadn't been briefed on the job and couldn't do it. I've chased Orion multiple times for someone to come out and each time I received a partial answer of they'll get back to me. Two months later and I've heard nothing. Absolute shambles of a company. Quick fitting but poor workmanship and customer service. In comparison, we went to square deals who fitted our other windows with minimal fuss and made a great job. Would recommend switching here. Orion, if anyone is reading this, please call me back. Let's get this shambles sorted and end our unhappy experience together.

Products and fitters from Orion (conservatory and full window replacement) have always been great, but customer service response is now poor. Long delays in getting any response and you need to chase multiple times to try get anywhere. The use of a generic online form rather than a dedicated email only appears to exacerbate the delays.

Great customer service. Recently I have problem with the door which bought 5 years ago. The problem was sorted the same day.

The problem was sorted very quickly.The part needed came quickly and was fitted by a polite guy.Very happy.

We had a small gutter leak and we asked Orion to repair under the 10 year warranty which they did with no fuss and no delay. Great service.

The sales visit, the competitive pricing, the detailed quote and the actual fitting were all excellent. Their aftercare follow up was also excellent.

Great service from start to finish including prompt snag, plus a repair to damaged by delivery person front door. Can't praise Orion team enough had some dreadful service from others in the industry so great to get a professional, prompt and quality service sales to finish if the job.

Installation carried out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the whole team, from the planning stage to installation. We were kept informed of developments at all times and were always able to access friendly advice and guidance.

We had a porch installed by Orion windows about 4 years ago and last year we noticed the front door was delaminated and also not fitted properly. Someone came out in April 2024 and said the door needed replacing. After this no contact apart from the numerous calls I made to find out what was going on, only to be told it’s in hand each time. Finally in January 2025 they arrive with the replacement door only to find they have made it too short by more than an inch. So once again we are stuck with a poor fitting front door which we can barely shut. So far no contact from Orion to apologise for the mistake or to update us on how much longer we are going to have to wait, hopefully not another year almost. Would I recommend this company definitely not. I was going to use them for our new conservatory but went elsewhere instead.

The gentleman that came to look at our stuck windows was very polite, did the job and explained what he was doing.

Outstanding company to deal with from initial consultation at York through to final installation. Very professional throughout with excellent communication by phone and electronically. As for our 2 new doors we are delighted with the quality of the product and excellent and tidy installation. Highly recommend this company.

We’re do i start ? First day on the job the team fell out with each other swearing down the street just awful . Would take to long to go into detail but we had sash windows put in wanted then to tilt for cleaning yes we can do that 😡 no you can not they do not tilt enough . We’re on a busy road old windows blocked out more noise . They had to come back to 3 of the windows . Dates were changed was a nightmare . Got quote for back window we paid a deposit then they put and extra 1400 on price . We cancelled would not touch them with a barge pole

Had a conservatory installed by Orion and I am absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, even though it took a little while to get the ball rolling by Orion. Darren from the Sales Team was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to understand our vision and offered creative solutions that we hadn’t considered. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. They worked efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily lives. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone I have spoken to or met from initial enquiry and quote through to fitting have all been friendly, helpful and professional. There was no sales pressure from Orion compared to other companies providing quotes. I had all windows replaced and new external doors, the fitting was quick and easy with no mess. I had a couple of adjustments needed after fitting but they were resolved quickly and easily. I love my new front door and it has had lots of compliments too!
