We are absolutely delighted with Richard’s work on our extension. He arrived promptly each morning and always had a cheerful and friendly manner, despite the weather being awful every day! From the moment that he arrived each day, Richard set to work and never seemed to stop. His skills and experience were clear and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work, which has provided us with a solid foundation for our extension. Richard was polite and courteous every day, and he was particularly patient and kind to our children, who were fascinated by everything that was going on! We are so impressed with the work that Richard carried out and can’t thank him enough for everything. We couldn’t have asked for better!

The fitters did an excellent job. They were neat and tidy and very polite. We are very pleased with the final finish of the windows and doors.

Great back up support. We had an issue arise after 5 years in that two doors faded. There was no problem. Immediate rectification was arranged and sorted out very quickly.

Call out for failed front door lock. Appointment made and service engineer phoned day before with his time slot. All dealt with very efficiently under 10 year warranty. We’ve had doors and windows fitted by Orion and their aftercare has been great.

Overall excellent product & price. Installation unfortunately delayed due to glass roof units damaged in transit (wasn't Orion's fault). Based on our own personal experience the customer service was certainly very good but could have been slightly better at times. Snagging list dealt with quickly & effictively. Very pleased with the completed product - high quality, modern & stylish. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and communication

Don’t trust this company, left a customer going through cancer and a pregnant wife with this! Yes it’s brand new and not even finished! Drains layed and not connected I had to dig them up to prove and none of the bricks tied into the house! Failed 3 times to fit a window and still left with out one Update: your all the same company! Not even a sorry by phone! This was build is that bad and unsafe it had to be knocked down and started again! the customer team is a waste of space, instead of salting sorry it’s and I quote “ our driver could be in a accident” we’re actual you don’t have a clue and full of lies to get customers off the phone and then don’t call back!
