Aftercare service is very helpful

The installers were on time, worked constantly, and installed the windows perfectly. Cost-wise they are highly competitive. Dermot even hung up a curtain pole for my son's room, which is way out of his job description! Overall, an excellent experience for us. They were fast, polite, friendly, and the windows look great!

UPDATE: The ‘items’ you mention are two very small screw caps, with a retail value of under £2.00. The handle was not removed, we simply tightened two screws. Do you expect every customer to call you out every time they need to tighten a screw? I would be very happy to pay for the screw caps, but will not purchase a handle, because it is obvious to us both that a new handle is not required. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the handle. I think the LACK OF GOODWILL in this situation speaks for itself! The product is ok, but the fitting is very poor, and customer service is awful. They really don’t want to know, after payment is made. We didn’t think we would use this company again after the installation, but recent communications with customer services has confirmed that we will never use them again.

We had new Windows & French Door installed by Orion Windows. We would highly recommend Orion from the fantastic job they did. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. The guys who fitted the windows were very professional & extremely tidy & very friendly. We are extremely pleased with a job well done .

Mark Brown from Orion visited yesterday. He took us through what had been identified as a problem by another tradesperson (not from Orion) but which was in reality not a problem; he had not been given the part which was required to solve another problem but made sure it would be posted to us; he 'clipped' on a part which had become seperated; he fixed two doors which we had been unable to open easily and finally he looked at our guttering and gave us suggestions about how to deal with build up. Throughout, Mark was courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. To be recommended. Thank you Orion, Thank you Mark.

We had six windows fitted by an excellent team from Orion Windows, York. They did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. Took down Blinds in the kitchen and Lounge and re fitted them when finished. The windows have improved the look of our property. I would recommend using Orion. Kept informed from ordering the windows to completion. Very Happy customer.

Very polite on the phone when making the appointment and helpful in moving things around to fit in with when we would be in. The engineer phoned us half an hour before he arrived to let us know he was on his way and was very professional, polite and efficient when making the necessary door adjustments.

Orion windows did everything they said they would do , the window fitters arrived prompt, they were very polite & friendly they did a first class job fitting my window they made little mess during installation, they left everything clean and tidy,I would definitely recommend Orion windows
