Nice holiday in Madeira
Waiting for the shuttle took a little while, but after that everything went smoothly. Handover of the car in about 6-7 minutes. After a few days there was a problem with the car so I contacted the company. They said to come over and switch the car with another one. This went very quick. After the rental period it went even smoother to return the car. No problems at all.

Generally all good, the experience of using Orbit car hire was fine. The actual rental company was a third party, and the pick up in Florence city was rather slow (there was a long wait at the office, and then we had to take a shuttle bus to a pick up location - this information was not provided by Orbit when booking)
