To be honest, this rating has nothing to do with the product as I have yet to receive it. I was asked on Monday AM to make Keto Applesauce for my daughter and husband’s Thanksgiving meal (along with cooking turkey, etc.). I found a recipe that called for One-on-One Apple flavor. I checked One-on-One’s website and found that they offered priority 2-day deliver for approximately $10.00 plus the regular charge (the item was $3.49). Over night delivery was $150.00+. So I went ahead and paid extra for 2-day delivery and submitted my order. I promptly received confirmation that I would receive my order by Wednesday. On Wednesday I started making my Keto applesauce using zucchini, keeping an eye out for the delivery. At 2:00 I checked the status of my order via tracking. I live on the east coast... my order was still on the west coast! They announced proudly that I would have my order on FRIDAY! I contacted Customer Service via email and received a response indicating that the order left their facility on the day I ordered it and then it was out of their hands and perhaps I should have ordered it overnight! Well, if they couldn’t honor their 2-day service, how the heck do I know they would honor an overnight service? Not that I would spend that kind of money for flavor extract! I indicated to them that their website offered 2-day delivery, I paid for 2-day delivery and they confirmed I would have my order on Wednesday. At the very least they could offer to reimburse my extra cost. No response to date.

I had a horrible time trying to open the bottles . Wish the caps didnt have the double ring . Wasn’t strong enough to open very difficult needed help.

The availability on the site differs from the actual availability, when paying for the last order, only a part of the order was sent, and the second part was sent only when I personally wrote, because they forgot about my order

Great flavors and a great price!

These flavors (orange, honeydew, bread pudding) were precisely what I needed and better than I expected! I will be ordering from OOOFlavors again soon!

Very disappointed to find one of the items missing from my order. Paid a huge amount to have it shipped to the UK + customs charges then to find order not complete.

This particular flavor fruit punch is not good it’s bitter with a nasty after taste I mixed it at 8% as well as 15% let it steep 2 weeks and I can’t even use it anymore

Love these flavors that help me keto-fy the foods I miss the most!

I have tried three of them so far. Blueberry, coconut and pound cake. I baked with pound cake and applied blueberry and coconut in some yogurt. I ended up applying more than a few drops in the yogurt and could not taste the pound cake at all. I have a really hard time removing the lids. I am gonna try them in a smoothie and coffee.

Amazing flavors!!! I purchased 3 sample packs and am in love with OOOFlavors!! I made my second purchase right away so that I could try some other products out. I live a ketogenic lifestyle, so being able to flavor foods with mango, guava, cornbread, glazed donut and graham crackers is mind-blowing!!!

Thought I'd place my first order with OOO for their Chocolate Milk concentrate and may arrive as a bottle of Chocolate chips... If you're in Australia, good luck getting your order before 20 days... Placed the order on the first of November and still hasn't arrived, as its now the 19th. To give you an idea of the delivery lead time, I've shipped my Rebel Vape DNA 250c to the USA for a screen replacement & received it back cheaper and quicker than I've received this order. Also mixed TFA Whipped Cream & Creamy Yogurt concentrates, and had it steep into a Cheddar Cheese quicker than this delivery (Well maybe not this last example, but you get the drift) Update on your reply: Order was delivered from Las Vegas USA to Munich Germany to Vienna Austria back to New York USA for 2 days then Los Angeles USA then to Brisbane Australia and finally to Perth Australia. I don't understand why the order had to travel from the US to Europe only to be returned back to the US. Now we understand why USD$26.33 was charged for freight of 100ml of flavors.

Shipped quickly. Packaged arrived in good shape. Shipping was priced well.

When I received my ordered it was missing the free promotion item. I emailed them didn’t get a response from them but they shipped it out quick!

Right after placing my first order with One-one-One flavors I get three emails. First was a confirmation with no body copy, no receipt - only a subject line and a logo. Odd. Second email is a near-immediate follow-up that explains "order is on its way" but no body copy and only a logo. It's clearly not packed and there is no tracking number, so why make noise at me. Third is this satisfaction survey. A few days later, I still have no receipt that the order is right. I don't have proof it was shipped and I find it odd you already want to know my satisfaction. It's a broken ordering process. It's a premature and ignorant csat program. I'm not even able to comment on your most important reason to have any loyalty - your product! Really dorky folks. If I don't receive a receipt by Minday, I'll likely call and request to cancel the order. You look like a start-up business and unprepared for customers.
