The customer service is wonderful! I was having an issue with the billing system still charging a delivery when my order was over $50 and I messaged their Instagram. I had response within minutes! It was the middle of the night so after my email of the order to them first thing in the morning I received the correct invoice and now my order is on it's way. Thank you so much for your help Karyn! I'm incredibly sad that there is no longer a Canadian facility though. That wont stop me. I cant wait to try the flavors when they arrive especially the s'mores.
The business idea I great and I was really excited to get the flavors because of the other reviews. The flavors weren't executed well. For example, root beer flavor smelled like root beer, but the taste was chemically. Tried 3 of the other flavors and same thing.
I had the wrong order sent to me and they corrected the problem immediately. Customer service was great.

The flavors and one shots are of good quality but the shipping rates stop me from shopping here unless I can't find the same product any where else. The charge for USPS Medium Flat Rate is double the actual price.

I’ve always been scared to work with with extracts but these were so fun and easy to work with. They smell freaking amazing and are decently priced. So I’m definitely going back to purchase other kinds out there
