So odd! Lacking Professionalism.
Right after placing my first order with One-one-One flavors I get three emails. First was a confirmation with no body copy, no receipt - only a subject line and a logo. Odd. Second email is a near-immediate follow-up that explains "order is on its way" but no body copy and only a logo. It's clearly not packed and there is no tracking number, so why make noise at me. Third is this satisfaction survey. A few days later, I still have no receipt that the order is right. I don't have proof it was shipped and I find it odd you already want to know my satisfaction. It's a broken ordering process. It's a premature and ignorant csat program. I'm not even able to comment on your most important reason to have any loyalty - your product! Really dorky folks. If I don't receive a receipt by Minday, I'll likely call and request to cancel the order. You look like a start-up business and unprepared for customers.
