Overall I love the site and all the flavors you have available. I am looking forward to the new items coming out in the future, especially the syrups. Your online chat worked out well and was very helpful answering my question. The one thing that I have a problem with is the cost of shipping, $21.00 to California, seems excessive for UPS ground.
