Overall my experience was great. Prices are fair, shipping is free or inexpensive and relatively quick, and the flavors, ooo so many flavors! I was amazed at all the flavors available and even saw candy vs fresh flavors! The options seemed endless. I’m not sure what I would even do with some of the flavors! I decided to start with some basics, mint, hazelnut, and salted caramel. When my order arrived the mint flavor had a broken seal and about 1/2 of it was spilled out all over my other bottles. This wasn’t as much a problem to me as it was a mess. It was difficult to smell my other flavors because they all smelled like mint! I contacted the company and they happily sent me a new bottle which also arrived quickly. Customer service was quick and easy to work with. So far I have used the mint for a chocolate mint cake and salted caramel to make a snickers cheesecake. Both turned out delicious and everyone enjoyed them. I will definitely order from ooo flavors again!

The cola flavor tasted virtually nothing like cola. With no return policy we just ended up throwing it away.

Terrible flavors and terrible customer service. Blaming their archaic return policy on Covid-19. They sent the wrong sampler set and they are individually shrink wrapped, but “there is nothing they can do to help.” So I paid for two sets that suck. My cotton candy ice-cream tastes like coconut ice cream because it’s basically an over-priced bottle of fractionated coconut oil with some fragrance. They know that and if they allowed returns - they would be bankrupt. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company!!

The cotton candy flavoring tastes like coconut. Its gross. This is nothing but a vape juice company selling crappy flavors claiming they are food grade. There juice is cheaper on e-bay because everyone resells it to get rid of it. Terrible!

Terrible customer service, dishonest and really really bad tasting flavors! Do not use these for food. Its nothing but an over-priced tiny bottle of coconut oil with a label on it. Look at the Facebook reviews and others. They are terrible. You can buy the products way cheaper on E-bay and Amazon because everyone re-sells them. They have no return policy because they are aware that most people would return it in a second. I reached out prior to my order for questions about the claim of food grade quality, never getting a response I went ahead and order a variety pack to try them out. Really all I wanted was cotton candy to make ice-cream. The order was not what I ordered. Of course, they took no responsibility and I was told that i probably messed up when I ordered. I ordered the proper variety pack with the cotton candy in it and tried it in the ice cream. The ice cream tastes like coconut ice cream. There is no flavor, maybe a little candy like scent but nothing you can taste.The customer rep that I finally got in touch with after calling three times, leaving two messages and writing one email was very rude. She told me I had to add sugar to my ice-cream because they are just flavor oils, like I wasn't aware of that. Even orders they mess up (unopened) are yours. She said "I cant take it back because you may have COVID-19." That is good customer relations there. I asked her what she thinks the owner of the company would say about my experience and she said he would say the exact same thing. Well if that is the case, they deserve to go bankrupt.

I have really enjoyed all my flavors. They came in a speedily fashion. There was a little mishap with a bottle of flavoring. But customer service was great and fixed issue immediately!

Service was good. The product is a huge disappointment. It is unsweetened, which I expected, but I have yet to find a sweetener of any kind that will cover the bitter chemical taste. The label lists no ingredients, and the print is so absurdly small (far less than 2 point) quite literally needs a jeweler's loupe to read. There are no instructions about solution strength. I've tried a range from few micro-liters to several drops in a 20 ounce glass of water. No success so far. I begin to wonder if this product was intended only to be used in e-cigarettes, and not in beverages or food. Don't take my word for this. Get the smallest sample you can before you buy in quantity.
