Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, dishonest and really really bad tasting flavors! Do not use these for food. Its nothing but an over-priced tiny bottle of coconut oil with a label on it. Look at the Facebook reviews and others. They are terrible. You can buy the products way cheaper on E-bay and Amazon because everyone re-sells them. They have no return policy because they are aware that most people would return it in a second. I reached out prior to my order for questions about the claim of food grade quality, never getting a response I went ahead and order a variety pack to try them out. Really all I wanted was cotton candy to make ice-cream. The order was not what I ordered. Of course, they took no responsibility and I was told that i probably messed up when I ordered. I ordered the proper variety pack with the cotton candy in it and tried it in the ice cream. The ice cream tastes like coconut ice cream. There is no flavor, maybe a little candy like scent but nothing you can taste.The customer rep that I finally got in touch with after calling three times, leaving two messages and writing one email was very rude. She told me I had to add sugar to my ice-cream because they are just flavor oils, like I wasn't aware of that. Even orders they mess up (unopened) are yours. She said "I cant take it back because you may have COVID-19." That is good customer relations there. I asked her what she thinks the owner of the company would say about my experience and she said he would say the exact same thing. Well if that is the case, they deserve to go bankrupt.
