The worst service and still no product!
I purchased products almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I was charged $13 to ship items that that weighed less than a pound. I have contacted the company regarding not receiving the items requested. I was told by Karen that it is USPS’s fault and that I have to take it up with them. I routinely receive packages for products that I purchase and supplies for things that I sell from USPS, ups and Fedex several times a week with no delays. Karen, #1 I should not have to contact USPS as I purchased the items from one on one and not the postal service. # 2 I have tried to reach someone at USPS and can not get a human. Tracking still shows my package as haven’t left Nevada in almost two weeks. I respectfully requested a refund and Karen flat out refused stating that they need notification from USPS that the package has been lost or is undeliverable. I did not choose the shipping company, her company did and instead of taking any kind of responsibility or even attempting to assist me as I needed these at a specific time and for a specific purpose she acts like she could care less. I requested to speak with a manager and Karen told me she is the manager. I looked on the One on One website and she is the social media manger. Karen you do excel in two areas. Customer no service and future sales prevention.
