Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Bei Kleinanzeigen etwas verkauft. Über OPP abgewickelt. Zahlung funktionierte erst nicht, weil eine alte (nicht mehr existierende) IBAN angegeben war. OPP hat mich informiert -> Habe neue IBAN angegeben -> Zahlung wurde auf meine neue IBAN eingezahlt -> Perfekt!

OPP überweist mein Geld nicht obwohl bereits 2 Tickets eröffnet wurden und die Käuferin den Erhalt meines Pakets schon seit geraumer Zeit bestätigt hat. Kleinanzeigen.de nimmt sich ebenfalls nichts an. Never ever! Nie wieder über "sicher bezahlen"!
