Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

ik had een klacht en die hebben jullie…
ik had een klacht en die hebben jullie niet goed afgehandeld. ook hebben jullie het ticket afgesloten omdat het zogenaamd was "opgelost" ik had daarna geen optie meer om te reageren. de verzendkosten heb ik ook niet terug gehad van jullie terwijl er niets is verzonden. die hele kopersbescherming is een wassen neus!

Sicher bezahlen über Klarna Sofortüberweisung... Dauert viel zu lange... Was wenn der Verkäufer nicht will und auf Paypal besteht... Bei Paypal erfolgt die Bezahlung sofort und der Vorgang kann nachvollzogen werden. Bei Klarna dauert alles zu lang. MEINE ZAHLUNG liegt nun fast 14 Tage auf einem Klarna Konto... Sicher?!.. Aktuell weder Ware noch Geld... Die Formalien der Kontakt zum Service Team sind zu umständlich, unübersichtlich, zu kompliziert und das ganze dauert viel zu lange.
