Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Ich benutze den Service sehr selten und hatte letztens aber doch mal ein Problem. Der Support war leicht zu erreichen, in meinem Fall deutsche Muttersprache, hat das Problem erkannt, Lösungsvorschlag gemacht und ruckzuck umgesetzt. Vielen Dank.

Heb 8 voetjes gekocht waarvan er 3 geleverd zijn. Daar heb ik totaal niks aan. En nu krijg ik maar een deel van mijn betaling terug. Jullie stimuleren hiermee oplichting. Ik zal geen gebruik meer maken van kopers bescherming als dat toch niet werkt.
