Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Snelle afhandeling
Snelle reactie. Meteen na mijn melding dat ik een kapot produkt had ontvangen door slechte verpakking en een schikking voorstelde, werd dit doorgespeeld naar verkoper. Die ging akkoord en binnen 2 dagen had ik het gewenste bedrag retour. Dit was de 1e keer dat ik kopersbescherming had ingeschakeld.

The money for the product, which was never send, was refunded quickly. But 6.95 which I pand to YouTube was never returned. Even after contacting post.nl by email. I got a reaction but nog refund.

Stupide actie van jullie zaait onnodig onrust
Ik vind het raar dat jullie mij (verkoper) een bericht sturen dat er iets mis is met mijn verzending wanneer een koper op maandag na Hemelvaart aangeeft dat het pakket er nog niet is. Terwijl bewezen is dat ik het pakje de vrijdag na Hemelvaart afgeleverd heb. Lijkt mij onmogelijk dat het pakket er maandag al is. Alles was oke. Denk ff na zeg!

Ich habe komplett bezahlt 20,03 € Artikel mit Käuferschutz bezahlt Betrag 12,00 € Käuferschutz 1,04 € Versand 6,99 € der Artikel wurde vom Verkäufer aber NICHT versendet. Wieso erhalte ich nur 13,04€ zurück ? Die 6,99€ fehlen nun. Behält OPP diese ein ? Wieso ?
