Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

De uiteindelijke afhandeling is prima geweest. Als enige verbeter punt zou ik willen meegeven het wat sneller af te handelen en/of in elk geval terugkoppeling te geven over de status

Es ist zu umständlich: Die gleichen Daten werden wiederholt abgefragt. Es werden unnötig viele Daten abgefragt und es erfolgt keine klare Anweisung, welche tatsächlich notwendig sind (z. B. bezüglich des Personalausweisesf). Ärgerlich auch, dass bei der Benachrichtigung über ein Problem die Aufforderung ergeht, der Verkäufer könne den Betrag des verlorengegangenen Paketes erstatten. Warum sollte er? Das Verkaufen ohne das Bezahlsystem mag in gewisser Hinsicht Risiken bergen. Es ist meines Erachtens auf jeden Fall vorzuziehen. Ich hatte noch bisher nicht die Probleme, die nun aufgetreten sind. Ich habe mich eingelassen, weil die Käuferin es wünschte und der Artikel bereits länger eingestellt war.
