Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Rückerstattung zu gering, da Gebühren nicht erstattet werden, obwohl der Fehler nicht bei mir sondern beim Verkäufer lag. Das ist nicht Käuferschutz sondern Käufer-Verarschung. Werde den Direkt-Zahlen Service daher nie wieder nutzen, außer sie verbessern die Bedingungen.
