Very weak service

Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Kleinanzeigen Käuferschutz nutzlos

Ich bin von meinen Verkäufer betrogen worden. Anstatt einem Bose-System habe ich einen Karton Elektroschrott bekommen. Gerne hätte ich die Lieferung zurückgeschickt, aber ich bekomme nur lächerliche 20 Euro zurück. Trotz Kleinanzeigen-Käuferschutz. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht.

Zeer snelle reactie van OPP

Omdat de verkoper geen betalingen wenste te ontvangen via Marktplaats, hetgeen hij niet in zijn advertentie vermeldde, heb ik direct de betaling geannuleerd bij Online Payment Platform en vrijwel direct een reactie ontvangen. Omdat de verkoper in de gelegenheid is gesteld alsnog het product te leveren heb ik nu na vijf dagen bericht ontvangen dat het bedrag wordt teruggestort.
