Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Zügig und schnelle Abhandlung. Einziger Wermutstropfen war: der Kunde war anscheinend nicht zufrieden, der Grund hierzu wurde mir aber leider nicht mitgeteilt, sowie die Bewertung des Vorganges. Wie ich nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Käufer erfuhr, war er nicht mit der Ware unzufrieden, sondern mit der Zustellung. Diese erfolgte bislang nicht, bzw. nicht ordnungsgemäß durch den Zusteller. Die Ware ist derzeit nicht beim Käufer.
