Very weak service

Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Ablauf bei Problem…

Bei der Kommunikation hat der Käufer nur die Möglichkeit den Empfang der Ware anzugeben und somit ist das Geld dann auch beim Verkäufer. Schöner wäre es gleich 2 Möglichkeiten. 1. Ware angekommen und OK 2. Ware angekommen nich OK (Geld wird dem Verkäufer nicht übergeben sonder erst Klärung, Rücksendung…) Aber mal den Ablauf besser durchspielen was ist wenn …

Onbetrouwbaar platform

Ik heb via marktplaats iets verkocht. De koper heeft ervoor gekozen om een wasbak (nieuw in verpakking) per post te laten verzenden. Ik heb het product in originele verpakking met alle labels (zoals breekbaar) verzonden. Zowel ik als koper geven aan dat het transportschade is. Onlinepayment kiest ervoor om het niet te verhalen bij het postbedrijf. Ze vinden het blijkbaar makkelijker om mij niet uit te betalen.
