Very weak service

Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Ondoorzichtig zorgvuldig onderzoek

Ik had voor het eerst, sinds jaren (18 1/2 om exact te zijn) een klacht over een product. Iets wat ik had getest (en gedocumenteerd) en verzonden. Ik kreeg vervolgens een mail dat na zorgvuldig (?) onderzoek de koper gelijk kreeg; ik vond dit incorrect en bestreed het ook. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn geld gekregen maar ik heb serieuze vraagtekens bij de zorgvuldigheid van het onderzoek. Mijn advies is dan ook dit proces te verbeteren want het geeft nu ruimte om mensen met slechte bedoelingen dit platform te misbruiken voor eigen gewin
