Absolutely pathetic service.
Absolutely pathetic service. They first ask you to pay a premium price for enrolling in their “Premium & Expedited “ service and make you pay the full amount upfront. Once they receive the money, they just leave your case aside and wait for you to reach out to them a billion times before they answer and respond to the fake promises they make before payment. You ask them for a refund after 50 days of no response or service, they tell you that your money is stuck with us and you can avail a service in the future but won’t get your money back. After waiting for 50days for them to even assign you a lawyer, when you confront them, the only response you get again and again is that “ This will not repeat again, you need to give us a chance”. This is the second time I heard this from them and stubborn, reluctant replies is all you get. Signing up with them is equal to simply blowing away your cash from your terrace.
