Side effects explanation.
Received a message to say order would be delayed despite earlier telling me it would be arriving on schedule. No written response to explain/confirm changes to my request were medically fine-in regard to possible side affects. No initial space-dialogue box to discuss what other options were on offer-in detail, regarding 'side affects.

Slow service
took almost a week to arrive which was ridiculous when it advertises 3 hour collection at the shop. Really took the sheen off an otherwise good service, used before but would avoid postal for important drops in the future; I actually went to Boots when it became obvious my order was not moving. (A Doctor has to approve, this usually happens in minutes/hours but took three days this time)
