I ordered some malaria tablets. Ordered acknowledged. 4 minutes later an email to say that I had missed something. Checked. I had not. Left it 24 hours Heard nothing. Time moving on need tablets. Ordered from another company. HALF THE PRICE. 24 hours later ordered delivered. 72 hours later Superdrug ordered turned up. Won't take medicines back. Go anywhere else for service and price.

Beyond useless
Don't make an order if you need product by a certain time. Two orders in a row and two delayed deliveries (previous order was meant to be next day delivery but took 4 days to arrive). The current order was only approved after an email reminding them that this was still forthcoming (ordered 3 days ago).

Good service from the online doctor and products arrived when planned. However, Superdrug Online Doctor is significantly more expensive for weight loss treatments (Mounjaro), it is £60/£70 cheaper on other sites which give just as good customer service and medical advise. Don't be bought into the the brand!
