Why stop deliveries?
The service is great and everything, but they recently stopped deliveries and are only doing click and collect. Since my "Local" is 40+ miles away and across a stretch of water, I can no longer use them. Edit: Bumping it down to two stars because the reply doesn't state why they stopped deliveries

Easy and hassle free service
The Superdrug Online doctor service is very effective and easy to access. It saved me the hassle of making an appointment with my GP when the online consultation is quick, easy to use and I can select my preferred treatment which works for me. Reponse time to my online consultation was quick and I had my treatment delivered within a few days.

Unavailable remedy
The pharmacy is having problems with the medication supplier and it was not possible to collect the medicine. I couldn't request the refund on the website, and I'm waiting for the return of the email in which I request the refund of the amount.
