This service is fantastic, the only thing I would suggest is send people a couple of spare needles. However when I had a dud needle, I sent the Dr a message and they popped one in the post. I do know other companies, which are cheaper, do send 1 extra needle a month.

I buy the mourjano jabs and have never been let down with ice cold delivery. Excellent CS service too when I had to delay my delivery due to being abroad. Private Clinic service. I know you can buy this at a cheaper price elsewhere but the service is worth the extra. π«π

I have started my weight loss journey with prescription of mounjaro and so far my Dr has regularly checked in with me which is very supportive and I feel confident that if I need advice or help my Superdrug online Doctor will be prompt , professional and supportive.Great service so far

Update! I have received responses from Superdrug but it only justifies there position I have now switched supplier as cannot justify paying an additional Β£75 for exactly the same product. This is also coming from a reputable high street brand. Superdrug did offer 10% voucher but this doesnβt really help. Shame as I was happy with the service in general before this. initially great service from you but why are you charging so much more than others when it gets to mounjaro 10mg dosage Β£75 more than some other retailers. When I raised this your customer service I was sent one response but when I wrote back to question your reply and accuracy I received no further response Update! 18/06/2025 Superdrug responded this morning and sent the same response as the first message and declined to comment on my second email! My question still stands. Why is it necessary to charge Β£75 more than competitors for the identical medication. As a customer you canβt help feeling ripped off.
