Still waiting for an order

Still waiting for an order. Zero response or interaction from them. Messaged through their portal 4 times without reply. They took my money without even sending product. The tracking number provided has had a β€˜we’re expecting it’ status on the Royal Mail app for a week now. Shoddy, unhelpful service.

Delivery issues!

I was advised last week that the dose of mounjari I had ordered was put of stock and I could order a different dose or wait for it to be back in stock. I opted for a smaller dose but then knew the package was likely to be delivered over the weekend when I was not going to in to receive it. I had therefore arranged for the package to be delivered after the weekend by making a telephone call on Thursday 3/4/2025 and advised the handler I was not going to be in on Saturday or Sunday therefore wanted the cold delivery planned for Monday 7/4/2025. Today, Sunday 6/4/2025, Royal Mail attempted to deliver the package and I was not in. I understand this will not be delivered again tomorrow. The late notification re when a parcel might be delivered is not good as it is not always possible to predict this and may be on a day when I am working! better notice regarding date and estimated time slots are required.
