Terrible experience
Terrible experience! When I first went to the pharmacy, I was informed the product was out of stock, I returned a few times after that and got the same information. In the end,I quit and asked for a reimbursement, which has not been made yet! It was 1 month ago!

SuperDrug Online - Useless and Unresponsive!
The prescription service offered by SuperDrug online is not fit for purpose. They are currently hotly contesting for the title of "Most Useless and Incompetent pharmacy". Shame!! Placed order five (5) days in advanced of an important holiday break with my wife. We are now departing for our trip with no medication/treatment. According to the shipment status, on their website, they have not even dispatched the treatment as yet. It simply says "Preparing your order". The projected delivery date points to a potential 9-days turnaround. How is that acceptable?😡 Most annoyingly, there is no update or apology for their tardy and pitiful service🤷🏽♂️. I sent a message 48 hrs ago and got no reply to my query.🤬 I will be cancelling the order and going elsewhere!!

I believed the website !!!!!
I believed the website that promised me medication for my Gout. Online and I could pick up meds from the local superdrug store. After a very lengthy questionair I was asked to provide 2 photos of my driving licence and even then I had to upload a video of myself to prove I am not a robot ? .I then filled in all my card details as superdrug do not take PayPal. And set up a password and patient account including all my doctors address and Details. . After finally paying for my meds. I hoped to be able to collect as promised. Half an hour later I received an email saying I had to send them a prescription from my doctors.and that my order would be cancelled in 14 days. If I had a bloody prescription I would have gone to my local chemist as I am 60 and got the meds for free. I was just trying to save my GP time and get my meds quicker. As I was in agony. Why can't you be honest and say what you require before taking my money and wasting an hour of my time. Very poor service. Misleading advertising and you should be ashamed of yourself. Please don't blame the government for the online prescription rules. As a big high street pharmacy you should be well aware of what you can and can't sell online. Thank you .

1st order 5 days late in a battered box…
1st order 5 days late in a battered box with 1 needle missing.came to renew was refused yet bother me every week to get my next lot. Having bought elsewhere I realise there should have been wipes for injection sites and leaflet information. Elsewhere was much cheaper and better. Overall super drug was awful and should probably refund my money

Slow and stop speeds.
If you need your medicine quickly as most people do then superdrug online doctor is definitely not the place to order from. I ordered medication on Monday however it still says my order is being processed. Apparently it takes 72hrs to process which seems a very long time when Asda online doctor dispatch the same day, so please consider how quickly you need your order before using superdrug online doctor.
