Awful..
Awful... its been 9 days and still not arrived in store to collect. Was told online ready to collect the following day, waited 4 days, they've not even heard of my order, waited till the end of the week... nothing! Now another week later.... still nothing, no answer to my emails, but can still send junk emails!

Order my pen from you to be told it was at the pharmacy to collect tracked there buy bus to be greeted by a rude member of staff who told me my order no there and go get a refund no help at all then I at to contact yourself get it sent out to me and at to wait 5 days for it arrive
